Getting Started Is Easy!
We’ve simplified the onboarding process to make getting signed up easier. When you sign-up you’ll receive an:
1. Sign-up
Suppliers with multiple NASPO awarded contracts will have access to all of these from a single login.
2. Onboarding Email
Within 5 business days, you'll receive an email from us with your login credentials and setup instructions.
3. Administrator Setup
The designated “Contractor Contact” on the NASPO ValuePoint website will receive access as the primary Administrator.
4. Add Additional Users
Seamlessly add additional users to your account with full access to all features and tools.

Sign-up Instructions
NASPO will set up the administrative portal and an Administrator user account using the ‘Contractor Contact’ as identified on the supplier's page on the NASPO ValuePoint website. This Administrator will have account management responsibilities and have full access to all the system capabilities:
- Responding to quote requests
- Loading and maintaining product
catalogs - Accessing reports
- Managing user accounts and the Contractor profile
